Management Group Meeting Reports
- Locality funding
MHo reported that the End of Grant form had been completed and submitted.
- Open Days at St Luke’s Church
The group confirmed the design of 12 pop up panels and agreed to the production of two more. MHa suggested ballons outside might help attract people in to the Church. NB agreed to purchase post its, pens etc, AW agreed to bring along whiteboard and markers. AW would liaise with St Lukes about use of projection screen and timings. Masterplans and Design Codes would be available to give out to those who knew of people without internet access, or without it themselves. AW and MHo would give a presentation from their own personal perspectives about “why we do it”, which was hoped would be more helpful and insightful than a simple record of the last year and ambitions for the next, which would also be presented. MHo would give a brief financical report before handing over to JM and thanking Chris Moore for his input. NB would give an update on membership. NB would produce a ‘rota’ so that we ensure a minimum two volunteers on hand at any time. A simple majority online voting system for management group members wishing to stand for another year would be made available as well as on paper voting forms at the Open Days and AGM, with an eligibility check. The results would be announced after the AGM.
- Design Code and Masterplan printing
Arrangements need to be made to get these into the Library and other venues around Hoylake for those who have limited or no internet access. - Potential for a PLACED workshop in July
MHo reported that he would put in a further funding bid to Locality to cover the costs of this event.
