Planning applications may be measured against the emerging neighbourhood development plan (NDP), which is currently open for a final consultation prior to submission to an independent examiner. Even prior to examination, Hoylake Vision may, in some cases, decide to raise objections or offer expressions of support depending on these assessments.
We also encourage local residents and businesses to monitor planning applications and to respond with your own concerns, objections, or expressions of support.
