The draft Neighbourhood Plan and the comments received were submitted to an independent Examiner in February 2016.
The Examiner has now recommended that the plan should proceed to a local referendum, subject to a number of modifications as detailed in the following report: Examiner’s Report April 2016
Wirral Council is currently preparing a statement of its decisions on each of the Examiner’s recommendations and the necessary modified documents, which will be published on this website once they have been approved.
Hoylake Vision will also be considering the recommendations in the next few weeks and updated information about the response to these recommendations will be published here in due course.
