Good. Although we know Andy, it is also inevitable that as time goes on we will become acquainted with more developers, architects and advisers on local projects: it’s a small town. This links in with the long term ambition to get a diverse group of key stakeholders thinking in a more co-ordinated way. If we can influence that for the better, then great. It’s the opposite of adversarial; it’s about promoting the bigger picture of corporate responsibility for the ‘betterment’ of Hoylake.
