Yep, saw this one. It’s essentially the same isn’t it? So likely to be approved. Agree that we do need to make the point that negative precedent, such as dead frontage shutters or inappropriate scale being approved pre-NDP should not be used to justify future approval – since we now have the NDP to makes that difference.
