When you say this which site are you talking about?
The Blue Anchor site is being redeveloped by a Property Developer who has clearly probably already got the COOP signed up to the option of becoming a tenant to enable the COOP in divesting themselves of the existing supermarket site to fill their coffers
It will be interesting to see if the sale of the existing supermarket site comes off and if it is the same developer who gets to purchase it.
