The “Yes” campaign for the Hoylake NDP has been launched today.The date of the referendum is not yet known but it will be on a date within 56 working days starting from the day after the publication of the Council’s Decision Statement (14 September 2016).
The Neighbourhood Planning (Referendums) Regulations 2012 prohibit us from using public money to campaign for a particular outcome in the forthcoming referendum on the Hoylake Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP).
We therefore need to raise funds for our “YES” campaign from private and commercial sources. We have set up a crowdfunding page at www.crowdfunder.co.uk/hoylakevisionyes/
