Agree… as I said before he has not properly considered the sandyachting/buggy aspect… but the actual viability of his business model for that space is not a Vision consideration, or is it? And is it for us to raise that with him informally? If so, how?
Also agree about the shutter and mentioned this previously, and did suggest informally that would be inappropriate and that should be communicated.
But when I proposed an informal response to this effect it was met with concern from some of us that we should not be talking to developers!
